The autoagronom is the first, commercially available, system that irrigates and fertilizes the plants based on computerized hardware and software and optimize the fertigation process. The system monitor, evaluate and make automatic decisions when and how much to irrigate and fertilize the plants.
The AutoAgronom system is based on more than 20 years of research and development of irrigation and fertilization technologies and on soil-water-air interaction. Autoagronom is fitted to be used in all growth habitats, with all crops and in various climatic conditions.
How the system operates?
The autoagronom system is sampling and monitoring, in real time - on line, the chemical and physical parameters in the rizosphere. Using various sensors like: tensiometers, oxygen meters, pH and conductivity meters, Nitrate meters, the system is accumulating data from the soil, perform computerized analysis and automatically activate irrigation and fertilizing computerized pumping systems. The online operation assures immediate response of the system to minute changes in the rizosphere balance of humidity and fertilizers content.
The patented unique software which was developed by our agronomic staff control the process of irrigation and fertilization automatically on line and continuously.
The physical and chemical changes in the roots zone are the key elements that autoagronom is monitoring. The data thus accumulated is compared to an exclusive data base and via a process of mathematic optimization the computer send signals to the controlling devices and supply the needed water and fertilizers, continuously.
The result is that the growing media of the plants are constantly in optimized conditions and the plants roots are growing in optimized environment.
The use of numerous daily pulse irrigation intervals is creating a wet area in the soil and diffusive movement of the water mostly sideways. Simultaneously, the oxygen levels in the soil are kept high, thus enabling optimal conditions in the roots zone.
The irrigation and fertilization levels are determined by the computer and based on the innovative program written by autoagronom scientists. This is the hart of the system and is based on many years of experience and agronomic know how. The system has the ability of "learning" from the data which is accumulated in the computer and then perform optimization of the parameters, automatically and continuously.
The grower can observe the system activity, on-line, during its operation, in the location of the system, or via the internet any ware. Concomitantly, the grower can allow other users, such as agronomic advisers, or farm managers, to see the data and interfere in the automatic operation, based on specific permission' previously determined by the administrator of the system.
The grower can also contact Autoagronom specialists via internet, phone or SMS and receive immediate consulting and advice.
Autoagronom system includes, in addition to the irrigation and fertilization control, complete data acquisition and management software which enables complete recording of every event and historical happening during its operation. Including information on amounts, intervals, pulses, errors, problems in the operation or any other event the occurred during a defined period.
Sensors, of any kind, can be added to the system, thus using it as a data logging computer. The information from the sensors can be used in the decision making process, controlled by the autoagronom computer.
Additional information, such as climatic control based on meteorological data is part of the system and integrated into its software in a unique and innovative way. When used in greenhouses the system gives complete climatic control and optimize the growing conditions.

The autoagronom system was developed by Rotem Dan headed by Mr. Nissim Daniely and Redler computers, based on the agronomic know-how of Mr. Eitan Israeli, one of Israel leading and innovative agronomists.

Industrial controller PEL-3 from Radler computers house and support the Fuzzy Logic technology. Expert Software based of the know-how and experience of agronomy Eitan Israeli. The software was tested under various growing conditions and with variety of crops in Israel and other countries. The exclusive formulas developed by the autoagronom team are extremely efficient and contains many years of filed experience and research.
